The Sciontec Liverpool vision is to develop and operate innovative science and technology buildings.
Sciontec Liverpool plans to bring together Knowledge Quarter Liverpool’s (KQ Liverpool’s) existing Science and Technology assets, including Liverpool Science Park, into one operational platform.
At the same time we plan to create new innovation spaces within KQ Liverpool and the wider Liverpool City Region. Plans include a new 120,000 sq ft building at No.5 Paddington Village.
In order to achieve this level of growth we are looking to bring an investor into Sciontec Liverpool, alongside the existing shareholders – Liverpool City Council, the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University – and we are therefore conducting a two stage competitive process, from which we will select a preferred investor.
