Hemisphere will be an eight-story, eco trailblazer office development, due for completion in 2025. The standout 120,000 sq ft building will be located at the centre of Paddington Village, Liverpool's new innovation-led business destination.

Hemisphere will embody these characteristics and each side has been designed to have its own personality, look and feel, with features that differentiate one side from the other.
Alongside the 120,000 sq ft of flexible Grade A office space, Hemisphere will include an array of collaborative spaces, a wellness studio, innovation lab, cafe and extensive new areas of high-quality public realm.
The new build has also been designed to be operational net-zero, Platinum WELL, BREEAM Excellent, EPC Rated A, WiredScore Certified and targets a NABERS 5.5* rating, making it one of the first new builds in the UK designed to achieve these six global sustainability credentials.

Offices
Up to 120,000 sq ft
In the heart of the city’s Knowledge Quarter, Hemisphere is part of Paddington Village which is home to The Royal Northern College of Physicians at The Spine, The University of Liverpool International College and a brand new Novotel, as well as three plots earmarked for exciting developments. At the centre of all this will be an expansive public square, complete with trees, biophilia, street furniture and numerous places for people to relax and enjoy the Liverpool sunshine.
Getting Around
The bicycle store includes space for a generous 166 bikes and a variety of storage options will be provided suitable for different types of bikes. The facilities also include showers, lockers and vanity space.
Liverpool’s Lime Street and Central Stations are within walking distance. Plans are also afoot to implement the Paddington-Lime Line – a new rapid transit system – connecting Paddington Village to the main train stations and retail core.
Hemisphere will have allocated spaces in the existing multi-storey car park at Paddington Village which has a total capacity of 1,250 cars and includes disabled parking bays and electric car charging points.
