The beauty of the Sciontec AI model is all your costs are covered in one fixed fee. It includes rent, service charge, insurance, cleaning and electricity. It’s much like an all-inclusive holiday (but without the guaranteed sunshine and unlimited cocktails). You pay one price, turn up and enjoy, without having to put your hand back in your pocket.

From the moment you walk into our reception area and into your dedicated coworking space (with fixed desks, private offices and meeting space available) you can enjoy complete convenience as we take care of your mail handling, utilities, high-speed internet connectivity, office furniture, cleaning and maintenance.
What is the pricing structure for your all-inclusive office spaces?
Our Flexi Space membership is £29.99 p/w per desk, Project Team office space is £200 p/m per desk, and our Private Spaces range from £250 - £350 p/m.
You'll find all of these options in our brand new £35m Grade-A office building location, The Spine.
