ROLABOTIC establishes first Northern office at Liverpool Science Park

Back

The independent management consultancy is a leader in the field of Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Transformation.

Former Yorkshire-born Chartered Accountant and MBA, Paresh Mistry, founded ROLABOTIC in 2016 to fix what he saw to be a biassed consulting ecosystem which was focussed on partner profit, utilisation rates and a ‘copy and paste’ methodology.

Over the past seven years, he has successfully grown the Consultancy with a team of 52 people working across London, Reading, and most recently Liverpool.

Paresh Mistry, MD and Founder of ROLABOTIC, said:

“Having a workspace and visible presence within Liverpool Science Park (LSP) provides us with greater connectivity to service our clients across the North West, in addition to accessing the vast student talent pipeline in the region.”

“This move also forms part of our ambitious growth strategy, and will enable us to double our Northern team over the next two years.”

ROLABOTIC credits its success to its core beliefs, based on 3 P’s; People, Prototypes and Purpose. ROLABOTIC is proud to be challenging the status quo through independent and unbiased recruitment, hiring those demonstrating positive attitudes and passion, and is proud to have 60% female and 48% BAME employee representation.

Together, the ROLABOTIC team works to service clients from a range of sectors, including large FTSE 100/Fortune 500 organisations, who want an independent perspective on Finance Transformation, Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence. This includes a top 5 global brewer and a top 3 global insurer, as well as large UK based firms including one of the top engineering firms in the country, Sir Robert McAlpine.

Paresh added:

“Client centricity is at the core of our business, ensuring we provide a positive experience and build long-term relationships with our clients.

“We are also driven by being innovative, disruptive and inclusive, placing integrity and social values high up on our corporate agenda.”

In line with this ethos, ROLABOTIC donates up to 40% of their annual profits to charity, and in June 2023 established a Scholarship programme with the University of Liverpool to support undergraduate applicants from socio-economically under-represented backgrounds.

The first cohort is currently being recruited for, and will provide up to 10 students with funds to enjoy the full university experience, gain valuable life skills and help to remove the glass ceiling. The ROLABOTIC Scholarship will be specifically awarded to students who are the first in their family to go to University, and promises to go full circle with the likely offer of a graduate job with ROLABOTIC upon completion.

Named after Paresh’s children and the nature of the business, ROLABOTIC has proven to be a dynamic organisation, with a fresh approach to consultancy and community engagement. It has also been recognised on a national level, with founder Paresh being named as an Institute of Directors’ ‘Director of the Year Award – Innovation’ (2019) Finalist, as well as ROLABOTIC being featured in the 2022 MSDUK Annual Report, highlighting their Automation Engagement work with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
