The beauty of the Sciontec AI model, available at CENTRAL TECH and The Spine, is that all your costs are covered in one fixed fee.
This includes rent, service charge, insurance, cleaning and electricity. It’s much like an all-inclusive holiday (but without the guaranteed sunshine and unlimited cocktails). You pay one price, turn up and enjoy, without having to put your hand back in your pocket.

Our all-inclusive offices offer a number of facilities to boost your business, all from an iconic Liverpool city centre base, either at CENTRAL TECH or The Spine. The Knowledge Quarter innovation district really is the ideal location to work alongside and network with the finest science, technology and knowledge-based companies in the city and, indeed, the country.
From the moment you walk into our reception area and into your dedicated coworking space (with fixed desks, private offices and meeting space available) you can enjoy complete convenience as we take care of your mail handling, utilities, high-speed internet connectivity, office furniture, cleaning and maintenance.
What is the pricing structure for your all-inclusive office spaces?
Our Flexi Space membership is from £29.99 p/w per desk, Project Team office space is from £200 p/m per desk, and our Private Spaces start from £250 p/m.
You'll find all of these options in our newly launched CENTRAL TECH innovation hub, and also at the Grade-A office building location, The Spine.
Are there additional costs beyond the monthly rent in an AI office space?
No. Put simply, all your costs are covered in one fixed fee. It includes rent, service charges, insurance, cleaner service and electricity.
Plus, as part of our AI community, you'll have access to a modern kitchenette with complimentary refreshments - so you don't have to worry about the cost of those all-important coffees mounting up.
