The smart platform provider is redefining workforce mobility.
Established in July 2025, TalentPortAi is Europe’s first employee loan ecosystem, transforming how companies manage and move their workforce.
Powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI-ML), TalentPortAi’s technology predicts and solves workforce needs before they happen, enabling teams to scale up or down in real time, with data-driven precision.
The start-ups’ seven-strong team are located around the world, with Founder Michael Hall recently moving into Sciontec’s CENTRAL TECH innovation hub, in Liverpool city centre.
Describing the rationale behind the move, Michael Hall said:
“Hailing from Yorkshire, I am very pro-North. Liverpool City Region, in particular, is a hot bed of innovation, where entrepreneurs and investors want to come, as well as the region having the right workforce to match our AI and software architect requirements.
“The CENTRAL TECH building is ideally located for us, as it’s right in the city centre next to the train station, and is home to a fantastic mix of other digital and technology focused businesses, which we are keen to work with and for.”
TalentPortAi’s smart workforce logistics platform is a first to market solution, which is revolutionising the way businesses hire, redeploy and engage with industry professionals.
The company aims to end redundancies, prevent layoffs, and eliminate staff shortages, while slashing labour costs and improving business continuity, thanks to their ’access on-demand’ talent pool from a validated, secure network.
Michael added:
“Think of it as a 24/7, 365-day football transfer window for talent, where businesses can instantly loan, borrow and share employees internally and externally. This results in better management of talent and optimisation of resource capacity.”
With current customers predominantly based within the healthcare, construction and maritime industries, TalentPortAi is now looking to use its technology to positively disrupt other growing sectors.
Having moved into CENTRAL TECH last month, TalentPortAi also has a clear focus to expand locally within Liverpool, recruiting from the city’s talent pool and growing its own customer base.
With significant industry recognition already under its belt, including being named as a finalist for ‘AI Solution of the Year’ at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2025 (AiX), the AI-driven workforce management platform provider is certainly one to watch in 2026!
