The shortlists of the companies, deals and projects in the running for an award at the Liverpool City Region Property Dinner have been unveiled by Insider.
The shortlists have been announced for the Liverpool City Region Property Awards, with Sciontec being named three times across the Developer of the Year and Property Deal of the Year categories:
- Developer of the Year: Sciontec
- Property Deal of the Year: Letting to Elida Beauty at Liverpool Science Park
- Property Deal of the Year: Letting to Cashplus Bank at The Spine
The Developer of the Year award recognises companies which have shown significant commercial growth, excellence of work, breadth of discipline, or created the most significant development scheme or series of schemes in the region during the qualifying period.
Similarly, the Property Deal of the Year title is for deals which have had or will have an impact on the property sector in the region, by enabling growth, unlocking investment or kick-starting wider development.
Elizabeth Farrington, Marketing Manager at Sciontec, said:
“Receiving two nominations for recent deals across our portfolio demonstrates the scale and significance of the work we are doing to attract leading organisations into the region.
“We’ve had a busy 12 months and it’s rewarding to see our hardwork is being recognised within these industry accolades.”
The Knowledge Quarter Liverpool (KQ Liverpool) team was also shortlisted within the Sustainability & Social Impact Award category, for their Sixth Form into Science programme, which inspires the next generation of innovators, researchers, developers and business leaders.
The awards ceremony will be held on 12 October at the iconic Titanic Hotel, celebrating the great work taking place to shape the Liverpool city region.
We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for wins across the board!
More details about each shortlisted project will be published via Insider’s newsletter and in the September edition of North West Business Insider.
