We’re incredibly proud to see our very own Leanne Katsande shortlisted for ‘Property Personality of the Year’ at this year’s Downtown in Business Livercool Awards!
Now in their 24th year, the Livercool Awards have become one of the most prestigious, entertaining and talked-about nights in Liverpool’s business calendar, celebrating the personalities, leaders and innovators who make our city region such a fantastic place to do business.
It’s a fantastic achievement to be recognised alongside so many worthy names from across the Liverpool City Region property industry, and we’re keeping our fingers cross that Leanne takes home the title on Thursday 19th November at one of the region’s most prestigious business events.

- ‘Social Value Award’ – KQ Futures (Knowledge Quarter Liverpool)
These nominations reflect the fantastic work of our teams and partners in creating inspiring spaces that support innovation, collaboration and business growth, while making a lasting positive impact on our communities.
There is an extraordinary level of talent across the region, showcasing exceptional innovation, sustainability, and transformative design, and so the judges are in for a tough time deciding the overall winners, which will be announced on Thursday 24 September 2026.

Emily Robson, Assistant Chief Executive of KQ Liverpool, is participating as a judge for the Insider ‘Made in the North West Awards 2026’, which recognises the manufacturers leading the way in innovation, exporting globally, or nurturing the next generation of talent.
